What each one is really for

  • Buz Club Manager

    A full private club system: accounting, statements, its own POS and a branded member app, with pages for cigar and bourbon clubs. The most complete option here, and the priciest at $899 a month and up.

  • CigarBarMembership

    Member check-in and renewals on an iPad, built around North and South Carolina ABC private club rules. Inexpensive. It tracks dues, but its sister site says each club collects the money itself.

  • bLoyal

    Loyalty and marketing that connects to your register, including a vape and tobacco page. Listed integrations include Clover, but not Toast or Square. Priced by quote.

  • Boxpressd Sites

    Lounge websites from the Boxpressd cigar app team, with pages for VIP tiers, locker reservation requests and application forms. It's a website, not a membership system. Priced by quote.

  • Parlor

    The membership side of a lounge: tiers, dues by card or bank, lockers, guest passes, check-in and a member portal, next to the register you already run. Flat monthly by member count, no cut of dues. Newer and smaller, built with a working lounge in Greenville, SC.

What software do cigar lounges use for memberships?

It depends on what the lounge needs. Full private club systems like Buz Club Manager run the whole back office. CigarBarMembership focuses on member check-in and ABC compliance for private bars. Loyalty tools like bLoyal sit on top of a register. Website builders like Boxpressd Sites put membership pages and application forms online. Parlor handles the membership itself: dues, lockers, guests and check-in.

How much does cigar lounge membership software cost?

Published prices range widely. On their own sites: CigarBarMembership lists $49.95 or $99.95 a month plus a $99.95 setup fee, and Buz Club Manager lists $899 or $1,299 a month. bLoyal and Boxpressd Sites quote on request. Parlor is a flat monthly price by member count plus a one-time setup, quoted on a demo.

Which of these actually collects dues?

Of the lounge-focused tools, Buz Club Manager bills member statements, and Parlor bills dues by card or bank account. CigarBarMembership tracks dues but says each club is responsible for actually collecting the money. Boxpressd Sites says payment steps can be scoped around the lounge's existing process.
